I have purchased 5 new cars in my lifetime from different dealerships and this experience has been the worst. Our salesman, Gamma, was a nice guy but he didn’t know anything about the car he sold us and the dealerships and this experience has been the worst. As soon as we drove out of the dealership he seemed to be done with us. I reached back a few times because our car was missing a few things and we didn’t get a walk around and his response was very delayed to the point that I ended up driving to the dealership and getting my answers from others. Justin was good to work with that is why I rated him higher. Currently I need to bring the car back in because the extra 3 lights when I press the brake do not work, even though we paid for it. We were never told about it until it was on our finance papers. I love the car, but the sales process was painful. I get that he was new but he sold cars at another dealership so you would think he knew more about the process and the car he was selling. Alend was great and helped answer some of our questions that weren’t even his area. More

On Tuesday, November 26,I brought my Honda Ridgeline to To Corwin Honda in Fargo. I had made an appointment with Justin for the replacement of the electrical harness for the rear backing camera. The vehicle had not been put into the repair shop yet. I had another appointment at 10:15 so I left frustrated. On Wednesday, November 27, I had arranged with Keenan Nelson to bring my vehicle in to have four new tires put on balanced and aligned. I left the vehicle at 11 AM as agreed-upon and told her to take a couple hours to complete. After a courtesy ride, I return 130 and the vehicle is not ready. It took until 430 for me to finally have Mr. Nelson prepare the paperwork and we pay for the new tires balancing and alignment. I looked out the window and the vehicle was just being put onto the alignment rack so I waited another 25 minutes Before it was complete. The price was fair. The time it took was excessive five total hours from the time I delivered the vehicle until I left. Needless to say, I have a high level of frustration and will be looking for another dealership in the future. More

First appointment I came in for an oil change, software update, and to look at the tire. It took over 3 hours with my kids there and no one talking to me for the first two till i asked what was going on. T update, and to look at the tire. The next visit was the following Saturday for a quick “5 minute fix” to put the part in for the tire… but you ordered the wrong part. So I brought it back next Saturday and that quick 5 minute fix took a little over 90 minutes. I will not be back to the service station again. More

I just wished to get an estimate on the cost of the repair to my sun/moon roof and the cost of that was way over what I had expected. Just to tell me the price to fix what was wrong with the sun/moon r repair to my sun/moon roof and the cost of that was way over what I had expected. Just to tell me the price to fix what was wrong with the sun/moon roof was almost $200. I never expected to be charged that just to tell me how much it would cost for me to repair it. I wish I would have never gone into the place for advice not to fix the broken parts of the sun/moon roof. That set me back on my other expenses I had to take care of for the month. The courtesy driver was also somewhat unfriendly. I tried to be polite, but I seemed to be a nuisance to him that morning when all I needed was to get to work. Then when I got off of work, you were on the verge of closing and the only way I could get my vehicle back that day was to get a cab after clocking out. All and all, I wish I would have never brought my vehicle there to get an estimate. It was a complete waste of my money and time. More
