I have purchased 5 new cars in my lifetime from different dealerships and this experience has been the worst. Our salesman, Gamma, was a nice guy but he didn’t know anything about the car he sold us and the dealerships and this experience has been the worst. Our salesman, Gamma, was a nice guy but he didn’t know anything about the car he sold us and the worst thing is I don’t think he cared or even tried. As soon as we drove out of the dealership he seemed to be done with us. I reached back a few times because our car was missing a few things and we didn’t get a walk around and his response was very delayed to the point that I ended up driving to the dealership and getting my answers from others. Justin was good to work with that is why I rated him higher. Currently I need to bring the car back in because the extra 3 lights when I press the brake do not work, even though we paid for it. We were never told about it until it was on our finance papers. I love the car, but the sales process was painful. I get that he was new but he sold cars at another dealership so you would think he knew more about the process and the car he was selling. Alend was great and helped answer some of our questions that weren’t even his area. More
