They falsified documents on a vehicle stating the vehicle was in good condition with no leaks. Two weeks later the vehicle had mechanical issues. I was faced with a $10,000 bill to fix issues that were ignor was in good condition with no leaks. Two weeks later the vehicle had mechanical issues. I was faced with a $10,000 bill to fix issues that were ignored or falsified. Those issues were “fixed” two months later, and failed again. They refused to correct the mistakes. They have lost my business and everyone I know will know about this experience. More

I brought my vehicle in on a Monday morning to have a recall repair done, and I waited at the dealership. It took about 5 minutes of me standing next to my car inside the service bay for someone to check recall repair done, and I waited at the dealership. It took about 5 minutes of me standing next to my car inside the service bay for someone to check me in. Once I had been there for another 30 minutes, the service advisor came over to inform me that the part needed to do the repair was not available because it was on back order. No one let me know ahead of time about this, so I could have saved a trip. The service advisor was friendly and helpful, but it has now been two weeks and no one has contacted me about the part being in stock. This lack of communication is unacceptable. More
