Bought used, should have taken more time. Bought a 10-year-old vehicle and should have spent more time looking for options that weren’t working. Two of the four doors power locks didn’t work, the back hatch door handle was broken. I’m convinced the dealership knew these and withheld information. I wish I would’ve spent more time looking over the vehicle and using what I found as a bargaining chip to lower the price or have the problems fixed. Having purchased a brand new vehicle from them 11 months earlier I would’ve expected more honesty. More

I was annoyed that they didn't do an oil change and became sure that the vehicle wasn't looked over. Sure enough two and a half weeks later of normal driving I had a problem with the drive line. Turned out the truck needed 3 u-joints and a new carrier bearing. $600 later it's fixed. So it's obvious that used vehicles don't get looked over much passed the detailing and wash. I called to let them know that they should at least be decent enough to put used rigs on a lift and go through regular inspection while at the VERY LEAST changing fluids. It doesn't take much to do that. And they didn't seem to care that happened. So buyers bewhere of their used inventory and consider spending hard earned money somewhere else. More

Really Fair Priced Used Truck No xx game playing. I am an out of town buyer who located a used Chev 2013 1500 crew on their online showroom, liked the looks and price, called spok No xx game playing. I am an out of town buyer who located a used Chev 2013 1500 crew on their online showroom, liked the looks and price, called spoke to salesman "Hitch", discussed my trade and made an appt to come and test drive and maybe make an offer/deal on Chev. They DID NOT change their price upon seeing my trade, as many dealers do. Gave me almost what I wanted for my trade and made a deal. No getting beat up, to buy more, warranty, insurance, etc., in the "closing room", by the F&I guy. Entire process was one of the best of the many I've made over there years. My only concerns were the engine oil/dip stick read too much oil and the power steering pump leaks and was almost empty when I checked it, after being told dealership does a complete safety inspection and fixes any possible safety issues. I think losing power steering at hwy speeds to be a pretty major safety issue... More
