I told them what was wrong when I booked the appointment. The one ask I had was could you get it done the day I brought it in. We dropped off at 8:30am and it wasn’t even looked at until 1pm. This dealership has repeatedly tried to take advantage of me. Two years ago, I brought my vehicle in and was told the battery, only 18 months old, needed to be replaced. Now, just two years later, they’re telling me I need yet another new battery. The OEM battery lasted eight years. They also claimed I needed new engine and cabin air filters, both of which were replaced during that same service two years ago. Since then, I’ve driven the car less than 5,000 miles. To top it off, this was a prepaid service, yet they still added a “shop charge” to my invoice, blaming it on a “computer error.” This kind of behavior feels dishonest and predatory. More
