Given an estimated check out time, but when I checked in 30 mins after estimated check out time my car had not even been untouched. I drove away with the intention never to return, but service manager reach 30 mins after estimated check out time my car had not even been untouched. I drove away with the intention never to return, but service manager reached out to me with a fix. They came to my house (45 mins from dealership), picked up my car, completed service, and then returned my car. They also didn't charge me for the service. Service mgr deserves extra credit for fixing a very bad experience. More
