Had 3 recalls. Took over a day and half. We thought I was in at 9 and out by 3. Had to RENT a car because could not finish. I live in Estes Park I showed up at 9:30 Took over a day and half. He didn't leave me voicemails to communicate important things such as after hours pickup. Never updated me that my 1st set of keys would have to be picked up after Sunday after I got my car back. And he didn't give me a car wash when I asked twice. He was honest about services, which is great, because the dealership tried to push a bunch of xxxxxxxx very expensive for an economical car. More

My experience was very disappointing. Rather than investigating my concern that the glass may have failed on its own, I was quickly directed to Toyota Corporate.
