Bait and Switch – Longtime Customer Lost We had a long history with this location, but Corwin’s handling—especially with Zach—ended that. We were charged a $2,000 PAC fee on a lease-end buyout for a tr history with this location, but Corwin’s handling—especially with Zach—ended that. We were charged a $2,000 PAC fee on a lease-end buyout for a truck already in our family. No service was performed. When we asked about standard prep (oil change, brakes), Zach refused, claiming we “agreed” to skip it—something never discussed. He said he “could’ve sold it for more” and didn’t want to eat the package cost. What he didn’t dismiss: Corwin Toyota benefited from the lease buyout process through tax efficiencies and likely profit margins. Meanwhile, we were left with delays, poor communication, and a stripped-down deal. I wish we’d read the reviews sooner. Corwin won’t see another dollar from us—not in service, and not in future sales. Finance was exceptional but yiu have to get past the bad to get there More

Rork is the best service representative that I’ve ever had. Even when I have chosen not to purchase my Toyota from other dealerships (for whatever reason) I have chosen Larry Miller Toyota and then stayed had. 4 1/2 hours for an oil change and basic service. Had brakes replaced last year and have had squeaking and noises from day 1, literally as I drove off the lot. After 1 year and multiple service appts later checking it out I was told I just need to upgrade my brake pads as the standard pads just aren't good enough and causing the noise. Have consistently had good service at point of contact but subpar tech service and repairs iffy at best. Was told previously my windshield wipers needed to be replaced when they were brand new from week before, obviously the tech didn't even look and just tried upselling for items not needed. Gives me no faith that anything recommended is actually needed and I question quality of work on everything at this point. More
