I had an excellent experience with your firm . I had mechanical problems with my Honda Civic. I was issued a free courtesy car and my vehilce was reafy for pickup the following day. One of the worst experiences ever. No clarity fro tech advisor . None of the problems were resolved .Gave wrong estimates and when approval was given , they revised the estimate saying No clarity fro tech advisor . They tried tire rotation but left a noise on one of the wheels .when I tried to talk to the service manager , he resorted to a flat denial that the problem was their creation . I took out my vehicle and took it to Brakes plus and they resolved it immediately . I have had Toyota vehicles since 1997 and have been to Toyota dealers in Dallas TX and Plano TX where I used to live but this was the worst experience ever .
