My appointment was at 11am for an oil change. They checked me in at 11:15am and after I waited 2 hours, I went back to the desk to inquire about my car. The guy was not there but a helpful person They checked me in at 11:15am and after I waited 2 hours, I went back to the desk to inquire about my car. The guy was not there but a helpful person went to the back to see and that is when I found out, they had not even started on my car. I was there for 3.5 hours. I received a text, maybe from a mechanic, which had a tour of the underside of a car and it was not my car. What is the point of that? There was no communication from a person to me about the status of my car. It would have, maybe, helped if the clerk who checked me in could have acted like he cared. I left there feeling like I never want to come back. More
Thanks for servicing my Lexus LX 570. I was having a great experience with my service until it came time to pay and apparently the service guy needed to discuss with the service manager. This is when the experience went down hill real quick it began to feel sales-y and I was made to wait till they chit chatted in the office for about 10-15 minutes. This was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary to have a negotiation of the price of the job after we had had a clearly agreed upon price to begin with. Just sharing so others don’t have to endure such rudeness in the future. More
I was told the recall part had come in. Left car. Got a call upselling an oil filter. I asked when the car would be gone and was told that day. Got a second call upselling filter. At no tim Left car. At no time was I told the part was given to someone else during these conversations and that nothing was done to fix the recall. Calling twice and never disclosing this until I showed up in person is horrific service and includes lying to me. Not okay. This is my sixth or seventh car purchased from you and I was ready for a new one. Now I will go to another dealer. You list a sale. More
