We placed a deposit on a RAV4 Hybrid Limited and came in on April 4, 2025, to pay in full with cash. I asked for the GM, hoping for some honesty, but he doubled down—even after their own sales rep admitted there was never any prior agreement to trade in our car. We were backed into a corner and ended up trading it in just to get the car we reserved. This felt coercive and dishonest—classic bait-and-switch. I hope no one else has to go through this. More

He walked us through pricing and the value of my trade in. The manager that okayed the deal was Zachary Chambers. We were told the price we wanted was only available if we financed the vehicle. We agreed and worked with Jason Bobbitt for the financing and warranties. Zachary Chambers and Jason Bobbitt lied about how long we needed to make payments. I was told to make at least two months' worth of payments before I could pay off the vehicles balance. I believed them and even purchased a couple of warranties because I thought I would be stuck with this loan for a few months. I find out through Toyota financial this was not true and that I could pay off the balance immediately. I then tried to get a refund for the warranties I purchased since they were no longer applicable. This was a very difficult and drawn-out process. Communication was almost impossible through phone and email no response or call backs. They even modified one of the cancelation forms I sent in and took off the more expensive package I had purchased. I only received one refund out of the two warranties I tried to cancel. I finally had to go directly the warranty company itself to cancel said warranty to receive my refund. These people are crooked and unethical. I will never purchase another car from this dealership. I do not recommend unless you're looking to be ripped off any possible way they can. Disgusting behavior from disgusting people. More
