I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and alignment and was initially told the service would take approximately two hours. Based on that estimate, I left and returned two hours later, only to end up wa and was initially told the service would take approximately two hours. A four-hour wait for routine maintenance is unacceptable, especially when expectations were set differently. To make matters worse, the alignment was not completed correctly, and I now have to return for another visit to have the issue fixed. This has turned what should have been a straightforward service appointment into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. I had also purchased a package of three oil changes. After experiencing a four-hour wait for the first service, I requested a refund for the two remaining unused oil changes. The process was far more difficult than it should have been. I had been considering trading in my current vehicle and purchasing a new one from this dealership in the near future, but after this experience, I am unlikely to do so. Unfortunately, the dealership is developing a reputation for long wait times and frequent upselling of services, and my experience did nothing to change that perception. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both service efficiency and customer experience. More

While I understand that these things can happen, what’s been even more frustrating is the Service Department's response. Too often, I’ve felt dismissed by the service representatives and even the Assistant Manager. I used to be a regular customer at Steven Miller, and while my sales experience at Corwin was excellent (thanks, Chase!), my recent service experiences have led me to hesitate in recommending Corwin to friends, family, and colleagues. I sincerely hope to see improvements in Corwin's Service Department in the future. Additionally, having spent many days at Corwin over the past month for repairs and rides, I’ve observed low morale among the Service Department staff. It’s crucial to prioritize customer satisfaction to enhance the overall experience. More

I've been working with Rae a lot the past couple of weeks. She's very nice and knowledgeable.
