The service itself was great. However, now that they have two shuttles instead of booking as Lyft, there is no time estimate for pick-up. I was supposed to be picked up at 3. The Sales process at Corwin has always been fine, but the service department, with a large and brand new building has always been understaffed, slow, and communicates poorly. I had to wait 10 minutes just to get to a desk to tell them who I was and why I was there. Then they told me my oil change was going to be at least 2 hours...which ended up actually being 5+ hours. I could understand that timeline if I was a drop in customer, but I had an appointment for basic service that is covered under the contract I purchased with my vehicle...5 Hours is just too long. Either schedules less appointments each day, or staff accordingly. Now that my contracted number of service appts has expired, i will definitely be taking my car to a local, more attentive, and affordable mechanic. More

I put down a deposit on a used 2017 Rav4, to be picked up 2 days later. On the morning of the day we were to pick it up, I receive a phone call saying they had sold our car. My salesman & internet salesperson did not return my calls. I contacted the general manager, who offered us a discount on a 2020. Unlike the 17' we wanted to buy (single private owner), the 20' was a former rental car. When reviewing the ad Corwin had posted it was a Toyota Certified Used vehicle, which came with a 12 month bumper to bumper, 100K powertrain warranty. I thought if there's anything wrong with the car, it would be covered. Though the 2020 was much more expensive (even with the discount), we decided to get it. When I returned to the dealer 2 weeks later to get the second key to the car, I asked if we will be getting a certificate from Toyota about the warranty. I was told there is no Toyota warranty with our car. I told them their ad said it was Toyota Certified Used and had taken screen shots of the ad. I emailed the pictures to the GM, and he refuses to give us our warranty. Blatant false advertising. I am a 32 year Toyota/Scion/Lexus customer, and had never experienced such incompetence and fraud. I always believed Toyota held their dealers to a higher standard. Not at this dealership. More
