I was just burned by Stevinson East. They sold the car out from under me after we struck a deal on the phone (manager offered and we said 'deal' but another customer was test driving at They sold the car out from under me after we struck a deal on the phone (manager offered and we said 'deal' but another customer was test driving at the moment and ended up purchasing). They claimed to be trying to find me a new truck for weeks, but Lucas at Corwin made it happen in under an hour. I only stopped in to check out other colors and settle, but he, and the team, secured the VIN on the build line for me, who was just window shopping. For Lucas specifically, he was exceptionally friendly and didn't lay on any pressure some buyers may be wary of. I've stopped in occasionally for service appointments and he recognizes me each time, making me feel like a person and not just another nameless customer. All the best to him! More
