I started my buying process operating on the assumption that what I was trying to do would not be possible as my trade was is pretty rough shape and figured what I wanted to buy was out reach. I fully expe that what I was trying to do would not be possible as my trade was is pretty rough shape and figured what I wanted to buy was out reach. I fully expected my idea to be crushed by reality but after I spoke with John David I had hope. I then sent over photos of my trade. I figured I would be lowballed and would have to argue for every penny but to my surprise I got a number back that was better than my best case scenario, at that moment my pipe dream became an actual possibility. Based on previous experiences purchasing vehicles I had anxieties about every step of the process and always expected something to go horribly wrong but it never happened. I expected once they saw my trade in person their perfect number would go away, never happened. Figured once they ran my credit there'd be the conversion that "its lower than you thought and can't get the rate you expected," never happened. Surely once I went into the finance office the payments I signed for would inexplicably go up by $100, never happened. Every step of the process was taken care of and they kept their word on everything. Beyond all my anxieties the most difficult part of the whole process was just picking which color car I wanted. John David is the best salesperson I've ever worked with and will absoloutly recommend anyone I know to buy a car from him. He took care of every step of the process for me to feel at ease and confident with my purchase every step of the way. Jess the finance manager is one of the funniest people I've ever met and made what would have been a dreadful hour of signing my life away one of the highlights of my car buying experience. By far and away the best buying experience I've ever had and would recommend to anyone. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had. John David and Brent in Sales tag teamed the paperwork and Jess in Finance were truly a pleasure to work with. I've bought 4 new Toyotas from 4 different dealership Brent in Sales tag teamed the paperwork and Jess in Finance were truly a pleasure to work with. I would rate this guy a ZERO (0) if this site allowed it as an option. Some people are just not nice and he really takes the cake. Avoid at ALL cost.
