We were happy to part ways with the other Toyota dealer (the big one you can see from 36)... Beth couldn't have made things easier for us! Her communication was consistent and quick, she was always pleasan (the big one you can see from 36)... Beth couldn't have made things easier for us! Her communication was consistent and quick, she was always pleasant and helpful and never once did we feel pressured or like we were working with a "Sales Person". A totally excellent experience all the way around. Beth helped us navigate the options and found us the model and color we wanted, She was also great at navigating our trade in and new lease with as little contact as possible (COVID) and that is very much appreciated. Great dealership and excellent associate! Thanks for everything, you've got customers for life with us! More

He was courteous and explained the [ricing for the vehicle requested. Ultimately, our decision to purchase from another Costco participating Toyota dealership had to do with its closer proximity to our home. We live in Grand Junction and purchased from Bighorn Toyota in Glenwood Springs. We appreciate Mark's prompt response, however, and would not hesitate to recommend your dealership which he represented professionally. More
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I have several issues that require a resolution and the dealership is ignoring me. I've reached out by phone and via email to the general manager (Jar I have several issues that require a resolution and the dealership is ignoring me. I've reached out by phone and via email to the general manager (Jarred Black) several times. I even reached out to the VP of HR for Larry H. Miller dealerships, and she did not take action either. Jarred contacted me right away and we were able to make a deal in just a few days. He was very responsive and easy to work with before the sale. He passed me on to one of his sales consultants, Ty Giulio, and I signed the paperwork on May 4. I am very frustrated with the lack of follow-up and that I am still trying to get things wrapped up several weeks after buying the car. The dealership needed time to add the accessories I purchased, and Ty said it would be ready in a day or two. On May 8 (5 days later) Ty told me the car was ready (it was not). When I arrived to pick it up, there were several issues: • This dealership's lot is surrounded by construction and they do not seem to be taking the necessary precautions to protect the cars. There are micro-scratches all over the car. I understand that a new car is not going to have perfect paint, but I was very disappointed to pay for a new car and then have it presented to me covered in dirt and micro-scratches. There was dirt everywhere – even inside the car. Floors, cargo liner, in the sunroof etc. I spent a lot of money at a body shop to get color correction done on my new car. For this reason alone, I highly recommend going elsewhere. Their cars are not in good condition, as they have been machine washed or washed with dirty towels countless times, causing a ton of micro-scratches. • I paid for all four mud flaps to be installed and there were only two on the car when I arrived. After I asked, Ty said I must have only ordered 2. This is a flat out lie – he was just making a flimsy excuse. There was only one choice to select on the Toyota website and it was for 4. I had verbal confirmation from Ty that it would be all four when I signed for the car. Ty said he would ask Parts to order the other two and install them for free but I haven't heard back from him – I signed for the car 22 days ago. Of course, Ty did not explain this to me up front, which is quite dishonest. He should have confessed and said the parts were not in and that it would take longer than he originally expected for me to get the car. • I paid for Black Emblem Overlay but one of the emblems wasn't done. No response from dealership. • I didn't receive a copy of the invoice or finance agreement upon signing or when we picked up the car. When we asked about it Ty said he would send it on a flash drive and I received it May 12. This was highly suspect to me. Why did they not give me these documents when I picked up the car? • After reviewing the invoice it seems to me that I was charged for Cargo Liner ($100) and All-Weather Mats ($169) that normally come standard on the RAV4 TRD. On May 13 I sent an e-mail to Ty and Jarred asking about the difference between the Toyota website and my invoice but haven't heard back. I was extremely excited to make this purchase and own a new Toyota. I love the car. However, if I knew how much of a hassle this was going to cause me, I may have made a different decision. The Larry H. Miller Dealership in Boulder has ruined the good impression I had of Toyota as a whole. If I were a manufacturer, I would consider no longer doing business with Larry H. Miller Boulder. Mark was MOST helpful. Mark spent a lot of time on the phone with me to be sure that I knew the differences in Prius models and could make the best choice for me. Unfortunately, I have not received any support from Charles after communicating for 4 months regarding a refund for a part covered under warranty. Very angry. Charles after communicating for 4 months regarding a refund for a part covered under warranty. Very angry. More
Adam was so fun to work with! I expressed interest on a 2019 RAV4 on the website. He called me right away. I told him what monthly payment I was looking for on the high/low end and he made it happen! This was my first experience at a car dealership and Adam was slower than a turtle. Hours of my time was wasted and while I was waiting for an answer, Adam was shooting the bleep with his pals.
