DISHONEST dealership. I was lied to by 5 people DISHONEST!!! I bought a "certified" used vehicle from this place, but they never were able to provide me the certification inspection. During the signing of the paperwork, the sales manager added on a $2200 aftermarket warranty without telling me, and when I noticed it, I was told that I was required to LIE, it was also ILLEGAL. I didn't know it at the time. The sales team also knew that I was purchasing the car to drive with Uber, but they dishonestly sold me a warranty that is VOIDED if the vehicle is used for Uber or other rideshare. I contacted Boulder Toyota's sales manager, Chris Knippelburg who told me they would refund part of the warranty, and would refund $1200, which was also a LIE. The dealership refunded $600 and kept the remaining $1600 and refused to return it, even after a BBB claim. Not only is the sales team dishonest, so is the service department. I was having my timing gasket replaced, and asked the service writer Nicole to please change out the timing chain, gears, tensioner, and other related parts while they were in there. They returned the car to me without doing the work requested, and now 10,000 miles late my timing chain is making noise and the dealership wants to charge me full price to replace it. What a freaking joke! Nicole was also very rude, and lied. They also charged me $100 more than they were supposed to, and it took several weeks for them to return the money. This dealership is as dishonest as they get! DO NOT TRUST THEM! They ripped me off, I was lied to by at least 5 employees, treated rudely, and refused to do the right thing. I want to warn EVERYONE how terrible this place is. Don't trust a word they say, they have made an art out of lying and ripping people off! They sold me a car that blue booked at $6500 for $10,900 after tacking on the illegal warranty and fees. I got taken badly, and don't want anyone else to go through this! Stay away! More

I walked in and met Gary Hill, told him my situation and what I wanted and he made it happen. I recommend this place to anyone. Gary was very friendly, helped me get out of my vehicle and put me on the safe and reliable vehicle I wanted. More
