Best new vehicle purchase I can remember we lost our new 2018 Highlander in an accident coming out of the mountains the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Our vehicle was totaled but thankfully we we lost our new 2018 Highlander in an accident coming out of the mountains the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Our vehicle was totaled but thankfully we were unharmed. We were able to walk away thanks to the any safety features in our car. They all worked, we walked with only seat belt bruises. Since we were visiting our daughter who resides in the Boulder area, we needed a car to return home to in Ohio. Boulder Toyota was the first dealership we visited because our first thought was to replace our car with the same model, this model and make had proved itself. Parker first greeted us and listened to our story. Also at the time we had no idea how insurance was going to declare our vehicle or how much cash we had available to purchase a new vehicle. Both Parker and Boulder Toyota management seemed very concerned and presented us with the best offer we understood they could offer. There was no pressure for us to decide right away. When our insurance claim was settled we did explore other dealerships who were unable to not only match Boulder Toyota's offer to us, but did not seem as genuine and professional as Parker and his management were.. My husband and I are both retired senior citizens who have a long history of buying cars. Our biggest phobia are car salesmen. Parker and Boulder Toyota immediately dispelled any fears that we might of had. They were probably the best we ever experienced We had a very positive experience and would recommend Parker and Boulder Toyota to anyone who may have the same fears and concerns as we have. More

Only one thing that bugged me was a guy who was rude- my truck barely made it there- another service guy told me that guy's behavior was unacceptable, but things happen- didn't take it personally. Can't complain too much because the cost was covered under warranty. Also, Service got me in when I drove there which was at 5:00 pm the Wednesday before and they close at 6 pm. The service desk is very hard for someone to pick up when you call, but they must have been very busy. More
