When we got to the dealership, there was no "bait and switch" and no difference in the numbers - in fact, Ty was able to get us a better deal that what we initially spoke about on the phone! He was really our advocate and fought to make the deal happen for us. He's patient, no pressure, and keeps things easy. Added a Total Care Auto plan on my invoice It was not called to my attention that a charge of 1875.00 and 300.00 and 75.00 were built into my loan for the Total Care Auto plan, which doesn't se It was not called to my attention that a charge of 1875.00 and 300.00 and 75.00 were built into my loan for the Total Care Auto plan, which doesn't seem like it covers much when you read the small print. I recently paid off the loan 3 years ahead of schedule and requested that the total care plan be cancelled. Was told by a representative named Charlie that I needed a special form and he would send it... still waiting since May 16. Sent a letter (registered) to request info on May 30, no response. I suspect there should have been a refund due me from paying off loan early, with the built-in charges for Total Care I requested cancelled. After a purchase, customer service seems to be not important. More
