He gave us a lengthy and generous test drive and even generously honored our request for hills, curves, acceleration, and a bumpy road by letting us drive on the washboarded dirt road around the Boulder Reservoir. He helped us compare different model cars with his iPad while in the car. He was responsive by email to my request for colors and quotes and patient and persistent when a particular promised email did not arrive twice due to technical difficulties.
