The reason this rating is a 4 and not a 5 is based on the dealership practices, not our sales experience. We were not able to buy a manufacturer warranty, only 3rd party. We also felt the warranty experience needed to be backed up with more detailed and written information, not just hand written scratch and verbal input. We applied and qualified for the financing through Toyota’s website but had to do the whole process again because the dealership was not able to access the information. More

He gave us a lengthy and generous test drive and even generously honored our request for hills, curves, acceleration, and a bumpy road by letting us drive on the washboarded dirt road around the Boulder Reservoir. He helped us compare different model cars with his iPad while in the car. He was responsive by email to my request for colors and quotes and patient and persistent when a particular promised email did not arrive twice due to technical difficulties. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Gary and would highly recommend him to anyone. More
