Amazing Buying Experience! I sent in an inquiry on a vehicle at around 5:15 am and by 5:30 am, Ty had responded asking how he could help. We set up a 9:00 a.m. appointment and I sent in an inquiry on a vehicle at around 5:15 am and by 5:30 am, Ty had responded asking how he could help. We set up a 9:00 a.m. appointment and when I arrived, he greeted me with a smile and got me right into the vehicle I inquired about for a test drive. Ty consistently went out of his way throughout the day to accommodate my questions, and was even willing to deliver documents to my wife's office for signature. All in all, I can't say enough about Ty and the staff at Boulder Toyota! 5+ stars! More

Tanner was pleasant and helpful, unfortunately, that's the exception rather than the rule at LHM Toyota. When you pull into the service bay you will typically be greeted with blank stares or just ignored, so Tanner'a response earns him the stars but isn't enough to pull up his unhappy co-workers. The entire place is long overdue for a remodel and upgraded amenities. That might be the ticket to change some dispositions, but until those changes occur you may want to try another shop. More
