They told us at the time if all four struts needed to be replaced, it would be $1200.00 dollars and would be tomorrow before it would be ready. 2 hours later they called saying 1 of the front struts were damaged and the other 3 were bad. I called and talked to John the service technician. We discussed the situation and I decided that we would only replace the front struts. (I was thinking the vehicle had four, and that would cut the cost in half. The next afternoon we had to call (1:18 PM) and asked about when the vehicle would be ready. He told my wife he did would have to call her back because he was with a customer. Finally he called and said they did not have the parts and would need to get them from Denver. He finally called at 4:15 P.M(Next day) saying our car was read. He never explained the vehicle only had struts in the front. I assumed the repairs would cost around $600... Instead, the cost was over $1000.00. John should have explained that a RAV 4 only has struts in the front and the total cost would be over $1000.00. My bad for not asking the right question, but I feel he should have been more upfront and explained the costs we were facing Lesson learned no doubt More

We lucked out with the right salesperson as we had previous experiences with salespeople who were pushy and didn't listen to what we wanted. Greg, however, took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and what we could afford. He made us feel comfortable with his fun, kind and attentive approach. He connected with us not only as customers but as people! We left LHM with an even better car than what we had anticipated. The whole process was smooth and I can confidently say it was worth the drive to Boulder. Thank you, Greg! Please don't retire! More

I'm only giving this dealership 3 stars instead of 2 because we really enjoyed working with Greg Eastburn - when he showed up! We went to pick up our Toyota and waited well over an hour to see the finance department. By this time, we were too tired to receive our tutorial on how to actually operate the vehicle. When we arrived home, we realized that the company only gave us 1/4 tank of gas, the car wasn't charged at all, and there was no wiper fluid. Bad service on a car that cost over $30,000! We had made an appointment with Greg for a tutorial later in the week. After one hour he hadn't shown up or even called. Beth took over and was very helpful. He never ever called or explained why he missed this appointment despite the fact that the receptionist called him and left a message that we were waiting - it was like they had our money, so need need to help us any further More

Charlie was so easy to work with and took the time to explain financing options, packages, and got me an amazing rate. Ty was absolutely wonderful. I stopped by the dealership to take a look and he was immediately on hand to help. Very professional and easy to communicate with. He even offered to give me a ride from Denver to pick up the new car from the dealer on his day off after fast tracking some window tinting. More
