Will is personable and not, NOT, a hard sell car man. He's all about the customer. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I drove off with my new Tundra a happy, HAPPY, customer. This beast will haul or tow anything I need to haul or tow. The only disappointment is that the power resonance is lower than I had thought. Man! This truck ROCKS!
