Great experience buying a new Toyota At first I was interested in a used SUV and Scott French worked tirelessly coming up with options for me letting me know of each new arrival on the lo At first I was interested in a used SUV and Scott French worked tirelessly coming up with options for me letting me know of each new arrival on the lot that fit within my parameters. Despite being great vehicles, none of them seemed quite right. After a few weeks of back and forth, what I realized was that what I really wanted was the same car I was replacing but newer and with all of Toyota's enhanced safety features. Scott was patient through the whole process, never gave up on me, and never pushed me to try to make a sale. He was knowledgeable, helpful and fully explained options but never made me feel like the sale was more important than my happiness with selecting the right vehicle. I called him before closing Monday night and by the next morning he had the perfect new Corolla on the lot, ready for me to test drive. It took me all of 5 minutes to know that this was exactly what I was looking for and purchased it the same day. I would be remiss, however, if I didn't mention the General Sales Manager, Chris, who thanked me for my purchase and gave me his card just in case I had questions, the GM, Kenny, who called to check in after I got home or Jess, the financial guru, who ran through the paperwork, warranties etc. in full detail but, again, without a hard sell. He made sure I fully understood what I was agreeing to and that I was comfortable with the choices I was making. I've come to LHM Toyota for years for servicing my old car and now am happy to have a reason to keep coming back. Great job, guys! Thanks for making it so easy! More
