I was not able to "pull the trigger" on a purchase, and was wanting some general information for a later date. I met with Olivia Allen, who provided exceptional service. Olivia did a great job of explaining the 4 Runner Offroad, and listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle (e.g., no fru fru stuff). Olivia did give me a sense of the pricing and spent time explaining the various Toyota features - but no high pressure sales talk - really, just what I was looking for. In short, I was really impressed with Olivia professionalism and knowledge concerning she is fairly new and only 19!! Also appreciated not being pressured from a Sales perspective. More

During the entire process she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She did not push me into buying new just giving me all of my options I was able to make an informed decision and ended up leaving with a brand new Toyota 4Runner. I was very impressed with her helpfulness and her knowledge. I would highly recommend Boulder Toyota to anyone meeting a good vehicle. It was nice interacting with you and, even if it took us a whopping 6 hours, I believe we did find a good compromise. I am glad to say that I never felt under pressure. The financing part with your colleagues Steve and Jess went smoothly too, although there are things that need to be improved (such as digital signing what seems a blank form... although with some good eyes you can find the finely printed reference number that fix it all!). So far so good. I look forward many good years ahead of using my car. Ps: my experience with the service dept (Rork esp) was also great for the past couple of years since I moved to Boulder with my family. Great job! Keep it up. More
