My husband and I came into Corwin Toyota ready to buy a Toyota Tacoma as much on our terms as possible. Were were tough customers because we had a specific 6' bed, 2 door style that is not popular. What we loved about James was his friendly approachable manner and his professionalism. He connected with us to gather our personal interests so to help us feel like we were going to get a truck that was tailored to our family specifically. Best of all, James responded to our spontaneous ideas and thinking outside of the box to make our dream truck more possible. James followed up with us by text when we feared there was not an option at Corwin. He afforded us the time to research while staying in well paced communication that facilitated our returning the next day to find the most perfect truck just for us! We felt our good fortune was not just about the dealership but also about good "juju" that we call a relationship with "Jimmy O." Was told this was a “Certified Pre-Owned” Tacoma. Right as I was about to get in the care and drive away I noticed a crack on the side mirror. The Service Manager and Mark said it was an easy fix a Right as I was about to get in the care and drive away I noticed a crack on the side mirror. The Service Manager and Mark said it was an easy fix and they would send me a new mirror. When I received it, I went to change out the old for the new. I followed the instructions they gave. WRONG!!! I had to take off the whole door panel (first time I’ve ever had to do that - 5-stars to the dealership that posted that video - an “easy fix” they didn’t want to do…. Took me hours. I hope I did it correctly but SAVE YOURSELF and don’t buy from these guys. What a sham. More
