no, you did not. treated the wife like dirt. must be the president of the he man woman haters club there. you did not make any offer. nor did you read how andre lied. you have zero accountability. i am having a world of fun leaving you negative feedback on all sites i can come across. if you did offer anything, you would just lie about it anyways or that's how i would take it since thats where andre went.

Jarred, its Brett not rett. i guess im complaining about lack of attention to detail. Car, 2014 corolla. blew all the fuses trying to jump it, been so long we forgot to ground do body. blew 120 amp fuse, which for me, i could not replace. long story shortened. work done on the car was great. did the 100k services and a few other things. cannot stress how much better the car runs. month later, all the wires fell out from the dash down by the brake pedal. fell out while the wife was driving it, scared the crap out of her. the gentleman that was working on the car just lost focus, and spaced them i guess. not intentional. it happens. was really great work till the wires fell out )) few weeks later after the work on the car and before the wires fell out, we had our tundra in. i had a list of things i wanted done. you all found a few other things needed doing. but only half the list was completed that i brought in, and things you really pushed were new tires, which yes, when winter comes ill get them, not in spring, they still got miles to go. i needed water pump, check a noise under the truck, oil change, while doing the water pump, take a look at the timing chain, ask about an alignment. its been two months, forgot the rest of my list. well, did the water pump, never told me about the timing chain (you were in there, front of the entire engine off, how could you miss it), new radiator, wanted to do new struts, fix the air conditioning, put new tires on, did the oil change, few other things. all in all about 2700 or 2800 in work. but not the entire list. money was not the issue here. still isnt. i went to change my oil about 2400 miles after this visit. rock pan put on so tight i broke one bolt trying to get it off. had to use a hammer drill to remove other four. when i got the two bolts left on the back of the pan taken out, the plate snapped down so fast if i had not already had my hand on it, it would have smacked me in the face. it was usually fairly easy to slide up into position, and install and uninstall, but now its bent on the front side under the radiator like you all ran it over. if i was truly mean, i would let you do an oil change and watch the poor tech get wacked in the head when dropping the pan. it really has some good tension on it. like a spring. probably accidental, but now its almost impossible to hold up and get the remaining two bolts in it (third ones broke in the block). oil filter. there is a cap to remove so you can drain the oil in the filter chamber, and then there is the filter cap. went to undo the one to drain the chamber and the whole thing spun, filter cap and all. was not leaking out yet, but it was close. done with all that, i looked under the truck to see what i could see, since that was not completed in your shop, and low and behold, looks like the carrier bearing might be going out. driver shaft u joints under the bed freshly scarred from hitting the bed somewhere. guy changing the oil could have seen this if his eyes were open. so if you do a check list to see things, i think you missed half the truck, this was very obvious. so new water pump, radiator, hopefully a new serpentine belt and fluid. 2 months time goes by, and truck is now without a serpentine belt in south dakota. luckily it came off in our driveway, and hopefully did not destroy the radiator. could be a bad tensioner, and probably is, but once again, attention to detail seemed to be lacking on both vehicles. i will schedule the car back in and someone can do the wires since i already paid for the work months ago. my big concern is getting back to south dakota and seeing if i can get it home without tearing it up further. very luck it came off when it did. anywhere else, the tow bill would have been astronomical. do not take this as being mad. i am not. frustrated yes, but mainly im just disappointed. i was not even going to bring the car back but after the truck, the belt was the final straw. lol, i mean seriously, that whole area was just replaced on the front of the truck, and here im now spending more money to fix what should have never had to be touched for years. if its just a bad tensioner, and you cant see it going bad, well, i understand. of course, couldnt see the damage on the driver shaft either..... ill call you before i bring the car in, to let you know im headed that way. once again, and cannot stress this enough, not mad. just have no faith in the work that was mostly completed, disappointed at best. have to get the truck back from south dakota. ill take it somewhere else and try my luck there. Roak available to make a road trip to fix what was dropped by his crew? just an option. the emails you all were sending, trying to upsell me tires, and finish the rest of my list, well i just deleted. if we could not cover everything i wanted, when i asked for it to be done, in no hurry, why would i come back a second time. unless i had to. its the only reason ill bring the car back. no one is perfect, you all dropped the ball, it happens, not blaming you all for the belt but with all the other stuff not done, or falling out, makes me wonder if we just didnt make it a priority to look and see. the truck is way too far to bring in for you to take care of, thus this wonderful review. call you to chat when i get the truck back to colorado. we can do the wires then. update: got up to the house, got the tensioner out of the way, it was in great working condition. took about an hour, to get the allen wrench in the hole to lock it in place. common sense kicked in, and started looking around for what would cause the belt to rip down the middle and not just break. rotated all pullies. all were fine. even the air-conditioned compressor one, even though it only had 1 of 4 bolts holding it to the engine. so there is the reason why the truck threw the belt. left you a message. i was pissed. still am. you all took pictures of everything needed repair. tires, radiator, struts, and low and behold, a leaking air conditioner compressor. pretty sure its leaking good now after not being attached to the truck properly for probably what amounts to 2 to 3 weeks, giving the time for the other three bolts to loosen and fall off. yup, hanging there by one bold and the hoses. pretty epic fail. call me. you have the number.

brett1205 responded

after weeks of waiting, they finally got on the stick and called, texted. the bottom line is they say that a year before i purchased the truck previous owner had work done to the engine. that the bolts holding the air conditioning compressor were "probably" loose for that amount of time. i feel this is bs. they strung a new serpentine belt when they did the water pump, and if it was lose, this still falls on them for not putting a wrench on it. 5 years. 40k miles later. ya, im not buying, and we are not either. we will never purchase from Toyota again, nor will we recommend them to anyone else. i cant see the most dependable truck and company having parts just drop off. we wont be back. been a customer since the 80s. i wont own another toyota. wife loves her prius, will just have to service it somewhere else. takes driving a vehicle 5 years for bolts to fall out. im just smiling. its done. ill leave feedback every where i can. i wont hurt them any with it, but i will voice it loud and clear everywhere.. avoid boulder toyota. unless you just dont care, then have at it.
