Responsive, efficient- stellar communication Olivia Allen was awesome! Very responsive to my questions, getting me the answers I needed without cluttering the decision making process. I had tried Olivia Allen was awesome! Very responsive to my questions, getting me the answers I needed without cluttering the decision making process. I had tried the Subaru dealership in town and it would take the sales rep I worked with at Subaru 8-36 hours to get me basic answers and quotes. (seriously like herding cats, it drove me nuts) Olivia was the opposite, she would get answers to complicated questions quickly and most importantly she would get me quotes super fast and send me that information in hard copies, broken down. She must have done this 5 to 7 times never with a sigh or a lack of interest, etc--- hard worker. Everyone else was kind, professional and low pressure too. (The building that houses the dealership is dated and a bit cluttered but if that attracts good folks to work there I'll take it over a cold and rude modern furniture to-cool-for-school dealership!) I’d Do It Again Gary Hillman helped my wife and me find just what we were looking for. We had a pretty specific set of parameters including price range, mileage, feat Gary Hillman helped my wife and me find just what we were looking for. We had a pretty specific set of parameters including price range, mileage, feature set and model. It took a while for something that suited us to come through their inventory but all along the way Gary was communicative, patient and very understanding. When the right vehicle arrived he talked us through the trade-in and financing process and helped ensure that we were able to secure our purchase before somebody else snapped it up. On top of all that I find Gary to be a very personable person; I appreciated his low pressure salesmanship and I actually enjoyed the idle time we spent together waiting for various paperwork to clear. Ricky in finance was also very pleasant to work with. He was informative and efficient and had a similar low pressure approach. Overall, my wife and I had a very positive experience and while I’m not anxious to buy another car anytime soon, I’d gladly come back to Larry H Miller Toyota Boulder if the need arises. More
