I didn’t feel like the person checking me in knew anything about my car or what I was doing there. It also took over 2 hours to do the 5000 mile maintenance, which is mainly just rotating tires. More

The intake process was inefficient. It did not appear that the service department was aware of the work I scheduled when I called, so I had to repeat what I needed done multiple times. More

Wait, it gets worse. The dealership broke my windshield when they ran my truck through their car wash. They promised to replace the windshield, but as of today I have not heard from them. I have left two voice messages asking for updates: One message was left in their general service department mailbox, the other message was left in the mailbox of Rudy Wagner. I would like to change my rating to zero stars and would definitely not recommend this service department. The workers are very nice, but the management does not do the right thing when they make a mistake. Maybe the poor communication and confusion in the ranks is a result of incompetent management? Rudy, do what you promised when you acknowledged the windshield was broken by your car wash.
