I know it was late on the eve of Thanksgiving but I had a lot of questions about the report on my car after the oil change and felt rushed to leave. The adviser got answers to my questions when I asked, but lot of questions about the report on my car after the oil change and felt rushed to leave. The adviser got answers to my questions when I asked, but they were quick and kept trying to walk away from me. I still have questions. I will be taking my car to a local Toyota mechanic to get answers. After I use my 3rd prepaid oil change, I will not be returning to Corwin Toyota. I have been a customer for 11 years but the service has been bad the last few visits. More

Rea gets a 10 out of 5. Also Brendan and the other young woman in the service bay were all helpful, good team. They need a physical wind break and good radiant heater above.
