Hello, We are sorry that you feel this way. Your trade-in value was based on your vehicle's current condition and the current trade-in market. The value you were looking for was based on excellent condition retail, not trade in. In addition, it isn't required that you to trade in your vehicle, and offered to remove it from the deal so you could sell it on your own. You choose to keep it in the deal and receive the tax benefits saving you money.
