Scammed me on multiple fronts, paid 65k for an msrp 45k used 2023 toyota 4runner. Was mislead about the total cost of the car by jason bobbit. I walked out of the dealership thinking I had paid about 50k total after everything, which was even reflected in the documentation they provided me. I also could not reach bobbit after several attempts to call for clarity on why i was seeing 65k on my statement. I ended up having to go in and talk to another person on the finance team, who basically told me tough, but shed light on all the extra charges, warranties, etc that were tacked on in addition to what bobbit described to me as the total amount, and was not reflected in the documentation provided. Additionally, subsequent service on the vehicle was ineffective and resulted in me having to fix the mess they made at another shop. More

Purchasing was fine but the service department has been pretty rough. It took four trips for me to get done recall work done. First for a temporary fix, then took it in but they didn't have the parts, then pretty rough. It took four trips for me to get done recall work done. First for a temporary fix, then took it in but they didn't have the parts, then again and one of the parts were on back order, then finally to get the work done. I also had a piece of body trim that was installed tomorrow at the factory and it broke. I told the service tech about it and he said he'd order the parts and call me. Never the l got a call so told another tech about it and he ordered the pay and I got it installed finally. It shouldn't be that hard to check if a pay is in and call the customer the day before if it's not. It shouldn't be my responsibility to call and ask. The last tech I worked with (Eli) was by l the best of any of them and I appreciated his help. I'm glad now though that my service proof is up and I can go to my normal shop again for things other than warranty work More
