In general, your service department is terrible. It took three appointments and lots of misdirection before getting my warranty work completed. The only saving grace was Rork. I’ve been quoted $12,000 to repair some carpet that got wet and moldy due to a blocked AC drain line (a defect which seems to be a design flaw for splice a simple maintenance issue) and believe this to be wet and moldy due to a blocked AC drain line (a defect which seems to be a design flaw for splice a simple maintenance issue) and believe this to be a ridiculous amount of money for something that is out of our control. It feels as if I’ve been quoted this amount just to scare me and get me to go away as Toyota is not interested in owning up to their own design faults or covering the repair even though we have had the car less than 3 years. Also, we are not covered under “warranty” any longer as we have 41k miles and the extended warranty I bought through Toyota is useless and won’t cover the cost of the repairs either. We will likely be taking our future business (both maintenance and new car purchases) elsewhere. More

Brought in my car at a 7am appointment on Wednesday, and had to return the next morning to show the issue to the technician. I did not receive a diagnosis till the following Tuesday.
