You tried to tell me I HAD to buy 2 new tires when the tires I had were less than a year old. Then you said ONE tire would be fine. Why not instead say “Hey you need ONE tire and these are probably still tires I had were less than a year old. Then you said ONE tire would be fine. Why not instead say “Hey you need ONE tire and these are probably still under warranty at Firestone.” It’s called honesty. I can get oil changes and tire rotations and maintenance else where for less. You won’t have my business again. More
We have brought our Toyotas to Corwin for many years and really enjoy the oil change package- it is reliable, affordable and relatively easy to schedule. I was a little surprised that during our last oil change the mechanics broke a part on our car and then requested we pay for it. We actually couldn’t complete the service until we did so felt backed against a wall. This was our first service on a Toyota we had just recently bought used and the advisor seemed to suggest that because the previous owners had put an after market part on the car, it was out fault the part broke. It was unexpected given our previous experiences with Corwin. More

I called the dealership and I tried to talk to somebody both the service manager, and the general manager did not return my calls , I’m gonna be talking to nine news people. I also won’t be using it again. More
