A few areas for improvement: I got an unsolicited bid to buy my car - no thanks! And the wifi never worked, nor was there any info available on how to use it. Very inconvenient, when an oil change takes 2 hours. Lastly, my car's settings were different then when I brought it in - presumably to reset the maintenance counter, but it would be great if things were still set up as they were when I brought the car in - took me a while to reset all the display settings. More

I asked that a sensor not to be replaced if it wasn't still hanging underneath the bumper. They did indeed replace it and acknowledged that I didn't ask for it so they didn't charge me for the sensor but still hanging underneath the bumper. Obviously if I didn't want the sensor replaced I shouldn't be charged for calibration More
