The staff is always professional and the service is usually completed within the estimated time. My only complaint is that after a tire rotation, the service interval wasn't updated in the car's comma usually completed within the estimated time. Was asked if I could afford a vehicle just so an associate didn’t have to go to another lot to pick it up to test. Was told I was unethical due to the industry I was in from the GM who was trying to defend the high pressure sales tactics of his finance manager. Kept me sitting around doing nothing for 3 hours before we even got to negotiating. Found errors in my contract that I specifically said no to, only to find I can’t cancel them after the fact as they are non cancellable costing me thousands. Overall, the unprofessional and dishonest culture is felt. More
