I stopped by over Labor Day weekend on a whim, expecting nothing more than to browse, but ended up driving home in Corwin Toyota Colorado Springs! I stopped by over Labor Day weekend on a whim, expecting nothing more than to browse, but ended up driving home in a 2024 Toyota 4Runner in excellent condition with reasonable mileage. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous trade-in offer for my 2022 Mercedes-Benz A220, which exceeded my expectations. Gabe also helped secure a great price on the 4Runner and went above and beyond to ensure I left happy. To top it off, we discovered we're from the same hometown! Small world! Gabe was professional, personable, transparent, and never made me feel pressured. I also appreciated Corwin Toyota's overall support and willingness to work with me. My only constructive feedback concerns the Finance Department. Processing efficiency, communication, and the transition from sales to finance could be improved to reduce unnecessary wait times. I’m gonna have to pay $1500 out of pocket for paint correction now. not only that, they put a crappy oil filter on that was leaking, cost me another $70 at ford to get another one. Here’s the best part. My Jackery Solar Battery Generator was in the truck I traded in. It was obviously never returned to me, most likely stolen by an employee. So there’s another $1000 gone. I’m filing a police report and a claim with insurance against the dealership to get my property back. Good luck at corwin! More
