Her friendly nature, attention to detail, and just overall fun nature is a welcoming change to the normal dealership atmosphere and attitude that most people deal with. If you want a great experience, go see Shawna Freeman, she will look out for you and the best interests of your vehicle. If she ever leaves, likely will find another dealership or shop to go to. Not worth the hassle or grief, when I confronted service agent that car wasn't even in service bay I was given a bull crap answer about work that wasn't even done and then told my cost was $82, two hours la agent that car wasn't even in service bay I was given a bull crap answer about work that wasn't even done and then told my cost was $82, two hours later: $240, then another 3 hours it was $560. Then when car wasn't ready at rescheduled time, I was told service would take another day. Next day, the actual brake inspection I asked for was finally completed and the cost was now almost $800. (No argument with price, it was actually less than what I expected before I brought the car in) Most of these were verbally communicated quotes and not presented professionally in writing. What a load of crap! Brought the car in on Tuesday for a 9am completion on Wed so I could get car to Houston by 6pm Thursday. By 6:30 Thursday I had all work stopped on car, paid my $500 and got out of there as fast as I could, thoroughly committed to never use this place again, even though I love Toyotas and have used this dealership since 2015. When I asked to speak to a manager, he started arguing with me about the price, which was not my complaint. I can appreciate him defending his employee, I would do the same for mine, but he should have listened to the nature of my complaint before he started in on price. Frustrated enough to take the time to write this review and will continue to find whatever satisfaction I can letting people know about my terrible experience. I asked for trailor hitch to be installed and it was only partial. No electrical for lights brake etc. and that was Not told to me at all. This should come as a package not separate! Ridiculous. The paper work was scattered then somehow something went wrong and more signature required. Bad way to do business. This should have been altogether. There are other things but it will take more writing. I really think you should compensate me for putting me through stress. More
