High pressure, apparently not customer concentric. Had my salesperson leave me at her desk to park a Tacoma she brought up for me to look at instead of her being able to stay at her desk and help me. They sent me a video of the vehicle which they showed a few dents, but did not show the two major bigger dents, was not happy about that. Also, the windshield had a crack in it, and they weren't gonna say few dents, but did not show the two major bigger dents, was not happy about that.
