This dealership failed to give me Toyota's military rebate even though they new I was in the military. I called the dealership multiple times after I reviewed the finance documents and discovered it wa rebate even though they new I was in the military. I called the dealership multiple times after I reviewed the finance documents and discovered it wasn't on there. Both the sales team and the finance manager failed to return my calls. I then went into the dealership and they seemed annoyed that I went in. When I asked them if I could get the military rebate of $500 credited back to me they basically said too bad so sad. But like I said, they asked about my employment and new I was military before I signed for the car. They also gave me an outrages interest rate even though I'm a well qualified buyer. I told them which bank(s) I wanted to finance with and they ignored that and financed the car with Toyota Financial Services. I called my bank the next day and refinanced the vehicle anyway. I went from a 7% to a 3% interest rate. Additionally, when I was signing I had to ask the financial manager multiple times what my interest rate was and he danced around the questions. I new he was screwing me but I wanted that car and I already new I could refinance with my bank the next day so I went with it. But other buyers need to be aware that they will screw you wherever they can. They also tried to throw an extra $5000 onto the sticker price AFTER I said I wanted to buy that vehicle. I did argue with them on that and they took the upcharge of $5000 off. Buyers beware. Shady dealership. More

I had to return my Corolla to the service center after having it serviced on 8/5/22 because the newly installed oil filter was leaking. Because of the leak, the service person got the oil filter replaced having it serviced on 8/5/22 because the newly installed oil filter was leaking. Because of the leak, the service person got the oil filter replaced in an expeditious manner and explained why sometimes the filters will leak after being installed. I had the worst car buying experience I have ever had at Corwin Toyota. Very misleading and poor communication related to additional costs for the vehicle I was purchasing. Sales person tried to charge me more for the vehicle above the advertised msrp. Salesperson was not transparent about add on charges for the vehicle. Financing department automatically added on additional aftermarket charges for the vehicle that I was not even asked about, and continued to add them on after he knew I was displeased about it. Make sure you pay attention if you purchase from here. I feel the level of deception at this place is out of control. More
