Had concerns about the our brakes on our RAV4. Set up appointment and brought in to be checked. Brakes were looked at and found to be fine. I have been in 3 different times in the past month for various things and normally do not have any issues; however, a recent visit resulted in a nice scratch on the side of the driver door that was not th various things and normally do not have any issues; however, a recent visit resulted in a nice scratch on the side of the driver door that was not there prior to dropping my Tundra off; truck was there for two days getting a warranty repair done. Gary is outstanding as always (our go to guy) and Warren (Service Manager) assured me the damage would be fixed at no cost, which is great! I only gave this a 4-star rating due to the inconvenience since I now have to return again but for body work. Outside of that, the staff is great and had no other issues in the 5 years I have now been a customer. Looking forward to the call back to get this issue resolved in the next month before I leave town. -Pat More
