Purchased used vehicle and AC was not working upon purchase. Dealership agreed to fix and I brought the vehicle in for repairs a few weeks after purchase. After about a month the AC had stopped workin purchase. Dealership agreed to fix and I brought the vehicle in for repairs a few weeks after purchase. After about a month the AC had stopped working again and I started trying to contact Corwin. It took a couple of months to finally hear back, and J.R told me that it has been too long and was questioning why I waited so long to contact them if it wasn't working a month after, although I had called about 20 times. He also blamed me and said that I didn't run the AC enough during the colder weather months even though I tried explaining that it had stopped working before winter after about a month of use. I just wanted to get something fixed that this dealership told me they would fix upon purchase, and it was never properly fixed. J.R told me that he wasn't willing to absorb the entire cost of this repair again, but wondering if they ever even replaced it to begin with. Overall, this place is not doing their best to help their customers, they just want your money. J.R. was also very condescending when I spoke with him, constantly calling me 'buddy' and just being overall extremely rude and unprofessional. I would avoid this place at all costs. More

I cannot believe how disrespectful, deceiving and inappropriate "Jr Cihura" the sales manager was to me! I will never buy a car from Toyota ever again! I e-mailed the General Manager and I never hear inappropriate "Jr Cihura" the sales manager was to me! I will never buy a car from Toyota ever again! I e-mailed the General Manager and I never heard a response! I had gone home for Christmas and I had been looking for a Prius. I had just bough a brand new 2023 nx450h Lexus hybrid. I was putting to many miles due to my commute to work. I decided to buy a little commute car for work and was looking for a Prius. I live in Woodland hills California so finding a Toyota-Prius with low mileage is a hot commodity here in Los Angeles. Mind you I have almost spent 100,000 with Toyota in the last year! For me to be treated like trash and disrespect from an individual i just bought a car from was mind blowing! I drove up to Colorado springs from Denver and went and met with a sales guy named kelvin, I test drove this low mileage Prius; it drove nice and it looked as though from the inside and under the hood was well taken care of. It was a one-owner car and it had only been maintained with Toyota with nothing REPORTED on car fax. I though I was getting a good deal. I financed it with Toyota and got the warranties and was on my way. I went to have checked because my oil light went on my way to Denver. The car place also did auto body and they asked if i was aware of the SAVERE hail damage. I didn't even know what that was. I took it back to the dealership and told them what was told to me! "JR Cihura" told me! Yelling at me as if I was a child in trouble; "I am not taking that car back! you bough it! it was your fault you did not see the damage and that he did not have to disclose any dings or hail damage to the car!" I told him "that I was unaware of damage like this and if I could buy a new or different car I did not mind putting more money down I was just unhappy with the car"! Mind you this is less then 12 hours after I bough the car! "JR Cihura said "sure Ill take the prius you just bought as a trade in And Valued it less then half i bough it for plus did not want to credit me in any way for the $4000.00 I spent in warranties! I told him I could not believe i was being treated like this! I told JR that I called Toyota customer relations and Jr Said they have nothing over us and this is a business anything else if your not going to buy a car?! I said No sir! I will never do business with Toyota AGAIN! I told him i wanted to express my concerns with the GM and heard nothing! I have called and emailed never responded! Blown away! Never again! However the Finance manager Tamara was extremely nice and felt she did what she could genuinely do to help my situation. More

Buying as is I get you take it how it is however, what I don’t expect is for a dealership to not disclose info such as check engine lights and simply clearing the codes. They claim it goes through a safety inspection yet when I asked to see what was found they didn’t have any paperwork and said the car checked out on all ends. Less than 4 hours driving the car the check engine light came on all for emissions. More
