First and foremost, I have been bringing my vehicles to this location for many years, then through this location is on the other side of town. On this day I made an online appointment for both my Toyotas a this location for many years, then through this location is on the other side of town. On this day I made an online appointment for both my Toyotas a 99 and 2012 for 7a. I didn't request a particular service representative because I always get good service from everyone that works there, but one this day that was not the case. One service tech took and husband with the 99 and another service tech took me and the 2012. For whatever reason the two techs were not kind/professional with each other and that made my husband and myself feel very uncomfortable. I understand you may not "like" the person you have to work with, BUT you should ALWAYS treat your coworkers with kindness and professionalism in front of customers. More

I found that the time getting an oil change, was considerably shorter than the previous ownership. Had it been the same, I would not have returned.
