Stephen was a great sales person. First time I didn’t feel irritated with salesmen. He, by far, was the best thing about the car buying experience. I don’t like that I couldn’t pay cash for the car, had to take out a loan so Toyota could get some kick back from the bank. That was the only way they removed the upcharge of $5000. Then they turned around and sold my van for $6500 more then they gave me for it. Seems like Toyota was only about themselves and not into giving me any sort of deal. I was stuck having to pay interest on the loan until it showed up in my bank Also they wouldn’t let me put more then $2600 down on the van, when I expressed I wanted to put as much as I am able to. Like I said Stephen was the best part of the deal, along with the car. If I could have a salesman like him whenever I purchase anything, he would restore my faith in the salesmen personality. Honestly I went to Corwin because I honor appts, I was really going to go somewhere else, but Madeline and Preston were a Godsend, in my opinion. More
