Service Tech Brien was very helpful changing the Audioscreen,so tom take the phones off the answering mode. I no longer needed them hooked up because of bluecoat hearing aids. Salesman Stephen Gomez appeared busy but stopped what he was doing to help me as I looked around for assistance. He listened to what I needed and located a Rav4 Premium enroute to the dealership that exceed was doing to help me as I looked around for assistance. The dealership did not add an "upcharge" that is common among most dealerships these days due to our current medical/financial complications which was very appreciated. 1.75%/48-month Toyota financing was a pleasant surprise. the finance and service managers were attentive and professional. The salesman explained all the features and was available of follow-up. The service department added accessories in a timely manner. Overall, a pleasant experience. More
