I ordered a new Rav4 Limited Hybrid vehicle that had to be built and shipped from the factory. Most of the advanced feature options that I wanted were preinstalled at the factory, but Liberty Toyota provi be built and shipped from the factory. Most of the advanced feature options that I wanted were preinstalled at the factory, but Liberty Toyota provided customized installation of additional cosmetic and protective features that I desired before I had to accept delivery of the vehicle. My sales rep Augustina was friendly and very frank about the car buying experience during a time with massive computer chip shortages and supply chain issues. She provided honest responses to my status queries and assisted me in having my vehicle customized the way that I wanted. More
