The dealership made initial contact with me about a recall for my vehicle. Then they scheduled for me to have a rental and to drop off my vehicle. I made second contact to try to reschedule the work and a rental, and after I insisted on contact from a manager, finally got the work and rental scheduled and ultimately completed. But the initial incompetence and miscommunication left me with an unfavorable opinion of the dealership. More

In April my granddaughter fell in need of a vehicle. We went to Toyota Corwin in search of one and happened to meet with Justice. Justice handed us over to Malachi who is also nothing short of awesome. Malachi took over finding the right vehicle and then took us out on a test drive. Malachi was very personable, charismatic, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered any and all questions we had. Malachi and Justice were able to pull together and get us a signed deal on a vehicle. In the finance department we signed all forms with the best finance manager, Joelle! Joelle was also very knowledgeable and assuring when it came to anything extra my granddaughter would need in her vehicle.
