I just moved to Colorado and was looking for a service shop to have my car serviced at. I was told about this dealer and with all the great reviews, I figured this was the place to come. I was extremely d shop to have my car serviced at. I was told about this dealer and with all the great reviews, I figured this was the place to come. I was extremely disappointed! My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 and when I got there, I was told they were too backed up and would not have time to look at my car. I dropped it off later that night so they would have a chance to look at it the next day (I assumed they would get to it in the morning). They finally ran the diagnostic test in the afternoon. I was told they were backed up (again) and that was the reason for the delay in getting the test done. They came up with a diagnosis. I was told they would get pricing for me but when I picked my car up the service writer told me he did not have time yet to get the pricing. I always had my car cared for at a Toyota dealer in Michigan and I guarantee they have never treated me with this much disrespect!! The search goes on to find a good place to have my car serviced....
