Appointment @ 10am, arrived @ 945am. Ask them to look at the wiper blade that kept falling off, oil change and tire rotate. I had no calls with updates, called at 2pm - said car was on the rack and would me back. I called back @ 330pm - left vmail. I started to drive to dealership @ 445, they close @ 5pm. I was told that they had to have fixed the wiper blade since the arm was up for hours while on the rack. 530pm, I finally got the car - went out with advisor - he lifted wiper arm and it fell off. Was leaving Monday morning for trip to Idaho. Had the car for 7 hours, did everything except wiper and communication was terrible. Ended up stopping in Laramie Wyoming, got new wiper blade and replaced in 2 minutes. Call Service Manager and left vmail on Monday, haven't heard a single word back (Thursday night). Not impressed. More

I was able to get an appt fairly quickly and arrange everything online which was convenient. Nick, the service advisor, was light hearted, pleasant, and respectful. I brought my 2006 Highlander in for an oil change. I purchased the 3/$99 before it was discontinued. I appreciate that they also do a thorough inspection, top off the fluids, and rotate the tires.
