I had several questions regarding the vehicle which the salesman was unable to answer, My husband recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I had several questions regarding the vehicle which the salesman was unable to answer, but kindly and politely referred me to his manager. After speaking with the manager about these issues, the manager became frustrated stating I was “trapping” him and hung up. I was shocked at the manager’s unprofessional manner of conduct and inability to control his temper with a customer. Needless to say, my issues regarding the vehicle purchased were left unanswered.
