This is my 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Corwin. I always bring them back for my oil changes. I was very unhappy with my experience this time. I was notified I had a nail in my time through text & t I always bring them back for my oil changes. I was very unhappy with my experience this time. I was notified I had a nail in my time through text & the tire pressure was very low. They didn’t even put air in my tire that was low. There was oil from the workers shoes on my cream colored interior floorboard. I had to get a special cleaner to clean it up. They didn’t reset the oil change & tire rotation sensor after the service. I had to go back in & ask for that to be reset. I have also always received a Carwash after my services or was given a coupon for a free car wash if it was raining during my service. This time I did not get either. When my car was completed I received my papers from the worker who had put his coat on & was ready to leave. I felt like everything was rushed instead of taking their time to provide good service. I have always had great service at Corwin, but this time the service was terrible!! More

I have never been fond of the car-buying ordeal, but our experience with Bill, and with Corwin overall, was surprisingly a very pleasant and productive one. Bill's easy flexibility allowed us to explore our car options without any pressure at all, while his vehicle knowledge provided solid clarification in resolving any questions that we encountered along the way. It was actually quite refreshing. We will certainly not hesitate to go back to him when it's time to replace our truck. My husband and I both recommend him highly. More
