Vincent was wonderful!!! The day before I contacted a sales man that was supposed to complete all the paperwork on a highlander we knew we wanted and he dropped the xxxxx after running our credit. Vincen sales man that was supposed to complete all the paperwork on a highlander we knew we wanted and he dropped the xxxxx after running our credit. Vincent did a complete sale to us in recorded timing because we had a newborn and my husband had to get to work. The finance manger dropped the ball though over charging us for our loan then he accused us the next day of not paying our 2,000 deposit which we did and thank gosh my husband ask for a receipt. One of the main mangers Carlos then fixed our agreement for us and Vincent brought it to our home to resign it. We love the vehicle, just be careful who you pick to deal with. But I highly recommend Vincent and Carlos if you have issues. More
