Rick Ham was wonderful to work with. He had the car request ready for a test drive when I arrived. He also had a back up that he felt might be a better fit. He was correct. Very rude and wasn't listening to customers. Yelled at customers and threatening customer to pressure signing the deal. Overall, this guy is the reason why people stopped going to this dealer.
